Terms and Conditions


Payment:
We accept Visa or Master Card, but no charge will be made until the goods are ready for despatch. Please note: we do not accept Electron Cards. Cheques are acceptable but goods will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to Mill House Tack Shop.

Postage:
Postal charges to UK addresses are included in our prices. Delivery outside the UK is not normally offered.

 Postage is not refundable on returns or replacements and will be deducted from the original price.

Returns:
Refunds and exchanges are given on all goods returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (where applicable) within seven days of customer receipt (less any postage charges). It is advisable to insure returns against loss as they remain the customers liability until their arrival with us. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless they are received in a clean and dry condition (Health and Safety act 1972).

Prices:
These are subject to change at any time. If the cost of your order differs from the quoted prices we will contact you. We try to ensure that the information shown on our site is as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price.


Delivery:
We aim to despatch stock as quickly as possible. If an item is not available from stock we will offer a back order system where we will contact you with the option of a delayed delivery date or cancelling the order. Back ordered items are not charged until they are ready to post.

Warranty:
Any warranty is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Privacy:
We do not give out any customer information to third parties.

Security:
All credit/debit card details that you enter on our order pages are protected by high 128 bit encryption. You can also order by telephone during normal office working hours.
